Issues With Parent Pay

Monday 6th November 10:54am: The Parent Pay website experienced some problems this morning, and parents have reported having difficulties topping up their children’s dinner money. We have contacted Parent Pay, and they have given us the following statement “We had a few issues this morning with the platform being a little slow which did have an impact on parents being able to top up. The issue was resolved by 8.50am. We can only apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.” The Kitchen staff have been informed, and will sub lunch for those students who have been affected. If you tried to top up this morning but were unsuccessful please try again now, and email fiona.harris@priory.e-sussex.sch.uk if you continue to experience problems.
