Activities & Creativity Days 2026
Priory School is excited to launch our Activity and Creativity Days 2026 for students in Years 7–9.
These will take place at the end of Term 6:

Monday 20th – Tuesday 21st July: Two-day activity

Wednesday 22nd July: Half-day in school celebrating students’ experiences
Students will take part in one two-day activity, giving them the chance to try something new, build confidence and enjoy time with their peers. We’ve designed a wide range of activities to inspire creativity, teamwork and a sense of achievement.

Each activity includes information about which year group it is for, what to bring and approximate costs involved.
A couple of quick updates:

The Year 9 residential (Deers Leap) is now full.

There are still some places available on the Eastbourne water sports trip for Years 8 and 9.
Supporting all students
We know that trips and activities can be a financial pressure for some families.

Students eligible for free school meals or pupil premium will receive up to £50 towards costs, automatically applied in Arbor.

If you would like to request support or a flexible payment plan, please contact: trips@priory.e-sussex.sch.uk
We are also offering a voluntary “Pay it Forward” option via Arbor, where families can contribute towards another student’s place if they wish. This is entirely optional but greatly appreciated.
What you need to do now

Talk through the options in the booklet with your child.

Submit their choices (one first choice and two reserves) by Monday 18th May @10pm using this form: Activity and Creativity Days: Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st July 2026 – Fill out form
If no form is submitted, a free activity will be allocated.

Check that consent forms on Arbor are completed, as we can’t take students on activities without these.
Once all forms have been received, we will send a follow-up letter to confirm your child’s activity and payment via Arbor.
We’ll finish the week with a celebration of all the students’ experiences and achievements on Wednesday.
