Your child's tutor is your first point of contact, tutors can be contacted directly by using our enquiry form or by calling the school office.

Student Absences

Please note that absences and lateness cannot be reported via general school email addresses. Messages sent to these inboxes will not be recorded as an official absence notification.

Reporting an Absence or Lateness On The Day
For absences or lateness occurring on the same day, please use the Arbor Parent App:

• Open the Arbor Parent App.
• Select the school and your child (if you have more than one child at Priory).
• Select Quick Actions.
• Choose Attendance.
• Select Log Absence.
• Enter time(s) and a brief reason for the absence or lateness.

Using Arbor ensures that information is received immediately and recorded correctly by our attendance team.

Reporting a Future Absence
If you need to notify us of an absence that will occur in the future, please call the school's absence line on 01273 476231 and select Option 1.

Please leave a message including:

• Your child's full name
• Their tutor group/year group (if known)
• The reason for the absence
• The date(s) of the absence
