The Governors wish to appoint an Executive Assistant with a professional welcoming manner to provide a confidential and high standard of administrative support to the Lead SENDCOs. This position is based in a busy fast-paced office environment where you will regularly interact with children, parents and external agencies. Effective levels of communication, empathy and discretion are required. It is essential that you have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) and experience of administrative work within a school environment or knowledge of SEND. To include producing detailed written reports on technical matters and accurate minutes.
The hours of work are 37 hours a week Monday to Thursday 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. finish on Friday’s. The actual salary is £22,314 to £22,668 a year (40 working weeks a year to include working 39 weeks term time and 1 week in the holidays, 46.20 paid weeks a year). The salary is based on Single Status, Grade 5, spinal points 12 to 13, £25,183 to £25,583.

Principal Lunchtime Supervisor (Secondary)

The Governors wish to appoint Principal Lunchtime Supervisors who will be employed on a permanent or casual basis to supervise students during lunchtimes. The lunchtime period is Monday to Friday (term-time) from 1.15 p.m. until 2.00 p.m. and the rate of pay is £12.45 per lunchtime session (Single Status Grade 3, point 7) if working Monday to Friday, the actual yearly salary is £2,805.

Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and Safeguarding Officer

The Governors wish to appoint a committed, flexible and highly organised Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and Safeguarding Officer, to be responsible for Safeguarding and Child Protection across the school. The successful applicant will provide operational and administrative support to the Designated Safeguarding Lead and improve attendance of students with frequent and long-term persistent absence, including truancy.
The successful applicant will:

The actual salary is £25,830 to £27,533 a year for 37 hours a week, term time, plus 5 days in the holidays. (40 working weeks and 46.20 paid weeks a year). The salary grade is Single Status grade 8, spinal column points 20-22, £29,151-£31,073.
